"Thank you for everything, Piper," Kyle said, his tone sincere. "I don't quite know what little April and I would have done these past two weeks if you hadn't been here. If there's any way I can return the favor, all you have to do is ask."
Piper's heart thudded to a standstill at Kyle's words. Her nerves were jumping her pulse racing.
